HFG Polska specializes in the prefabrication of small offshore steel structures and substructures for the Heerema Fabrication Group production facilities in the Netherlands (Vlissingen and Zwijndrecht) and the United Kingdom (Hartlepool). The HFG Polska fabrication facility will also serve other European clients related to the oil & gas or energy industry and civil and infrastructure market.
Furthermore, HFG Polska provides the fabrication yard of HFG with qualified welders, fitters and general steelworkers. Depending on the workload at the HFG production locations the HFG Polska employees will be assigned for a period of 4 weeks at one of the HFG yards followed by a period of 4 weeks in Opola. Prefabrication of smaller offshore constructions for the oil & gas and energy related industries include a.o.:
- bridges, portals, ladders, stairs, railings etc. for topsides and decks
- jackets
- subsea structures and frames
- PAUs and pipe racks
- grillages and cribbing arrangements
- pipework.
Other steel constructions for the civil and infrastructure markets are:
