Heerema Fabrication Group (HFG) is a globally operating contracting group which specializes in the engineering and fabrication of large and complex structures, mainly for the oil & gas and energy industry.  

HFG owns three large fabrication yards, situated around the North Sea, a fabrication workshop facility in Poland and a facility engineering company in Zwijndrecht, the Netherlands. The fabrication yards are all equipped with large prefabrication and assembly halls for indoor construction. The yards are large enough to handle several large projects simultaneously. Construction units fabricated by HFG range from jackets, topsides and modules for leading oil and gas companies to bridges and locks for the civil market. HFG's subsidiary, Grootint GRP Systems, offers clients total solutions in the field of glass reinforced piping systems in the offshore, chemical and civil industries. HFG Engineering provides clients in the oil and gas, refining and chemical industries with project, engineering and design services. It has a strong track record in all areas of the energy industry and specializes in upstream and midstream facility design with an emphasis on ease of operations and constructability.  

HFG is widely recognized for its fabrication-driven engineering and project management capabilities. Our engineers and project managers are experienced and highly skilled ensuring high-quality, on-time completion and within budget execution of EPIC contracts.  They coordinate projects from conception to commissioning and manage subcontractors and equipment. With more than 50 years of experience, HFG is able to offer a comprehensive range of services, from feasibility studies, engineering and procurement to construction, commissioning and installation.
