Successful projects need to be designed, developed, and delivered on time, on budget, and on scope. A project methodology needs to be followed to control project risks. A project methodology is a critical success factor to any significant project and is a core competency of HFG.

Engineering
Our EPIC design company, HFG Engineering, has an understanding of the risks associated with exploration, the mindset that drives production, and the value of optimal product flow. Our strategy of understanding the life cycle of a facility before it’s designed has resulted in many successful projects globally.

Our people have supported the oil and gas industry’s shift from onshore facilities to the deepwater sites around the world. Particularly from the 1970s onwards, the need to get reserves from challenging reservoirs posed increasingly tough process and physical demands. Today, we apply that wealth of expertise to develop best practices, share knowledge within our industry, and avoid design pitfalls.
