Performance Management
Strategic goals are translated into targets for individuel employees through an individuel Performance Management process. This focuses on the contributions and stretches the abilities of each employee. Specific targets are set by the employee and its manager at the beginning of each year. Progress is monitored and checked by means of a periodical review and a year-end appraisal. In between, you receive coaching and feedback, to adjust and learn or the outcome can also result in a personal and professional training program. Coaching and mentoring are part of our devleopment strategy.
