For offshore staff and specialized staff in our construction facilities taylor-made compensation is based on shifts that are applicable.
While your salary reflects your level of expertise, we reward personal performance and the overall success of the company. Each division has its own “Economic Added Value” (EVA) based bonus scheme. This bonus is related to the companies’ objectives and translated into targets. Another part of your bonus is linked to your personal performance assessed through the Performance Management Process.
While we believe in providing you with a solid income, we also think it is important to secure your income in case of sickness, disability or retirement. Other benefits that cover these situations are in place in each division.
What makes our benefits package generous are the fringe benefits. We have listened to our employees and monitored the market.
