The yard is strategically situated on an industrial estate in the harbor of Vlissingen, in the South West of the Netherlands. It is easily accessible by road, rail, sea and inland waterways. The yard has unrestricted access to the sea. The 200,000 square meters construction site has a 720 meter quayside, of which 450 meters are available for large load-outs.
The large prefabrication and assembly halls are superbly equipped. The yard has its own steel fabrication and electrical workshops, as well as state-of-the-art blast and paint facilities. Furthermore, specialized facilities for the fabrication of carbon steel, duplex and other non-ferrous (piping) materials are available at the yard.
