The fabrication facilities of Heerema Zwijndrecht are located in Zwijndrecht, in the vicinity of Rotterdam. The 145,000 square meters site is accessible by road, rail and water.
In addition to our offices and storage buildings, the site hosts the facilities for fabrication and assembly of large integrated structures, piping prefabrication, blasting and painting, GRP preparation, quays and load-out facilities.
The site is fully equipped with all tools, equipment, cranes and transport facilities as required for the fabrication of integrated units.

The load-out quay consists of piled concrete slab capable of carrying weight up to 11,000 tons. The water depth in front of the quay is 6 meters; the minimum water depth in the channel is 10 meters. The second quayside is mainly used for the unloading and loading of transport vessels. |
