Performance Management
Strategic goals are translated into targets for individual employees through an individual Performance Management process. This focuses on the contributions and stretches the abilities of each employee. Specific targets are set by the employee and its manager at the beginning of each year. Progress is monitored and checked by means of a periodical review and a year-end appraisal.
