In 2007, HFG's Zwijndrecht fabrication facility was awarded the Fabrication and Integration contract by BP Norge of the largest offshore topside, including flare boom structure, ever built in the Netherlands.  Additionally, on 23 June 2009 Heerema Zwijndrecht received the fabrication contract award of the 2,000 tons weather deck module.

This Intregated Production & Hotel facility of the Valhall Re-Development project replaced the two existing PCP and LQ platforms.
This new platform  replaced two 25-year-old platforms as the waterdepth increased about 5.4 m because of seabed subsidence.
It is supplied with a 292-km long DC power cable from Lista, Norway to provide the facility power from shore.

The contract scope included; bulk procurement, fabrication, integration, mechanical completion, commissioning assistance, load-out and seafastening of the integrated Production & Hotel topside and the Weather deck module. The integrated Production & Hotel topside has been designed for 40 years and built according to the highest specifications.

The fabrication started at the end of 2007 and was completed 2,5 years later in the summer of 2010. The contract generated more than 2,500,000 man hours at the Heerema Zwijndrecht and subsequent supply chain. Bridges were built in Zwijndrecht and the flare boom structure at the Heerema Vlissingen yard. Weather deck module was simultaneously built at the Heerema Zwijndrecht yard.
